This Hyrox Games event is for pairs and provides the perfect opportunity for beginners to experience the format of a Hyrox event at one of our own centres.

The format of the event is 6 minutes work followed by 2 minutes rest for the following skills stations:

• Run

• Ski Erg

• Sled Push

• Burpee

• Row

• Farmers Carry

• Weighted Lunges

• Wall Balls
