Join us for our Autumn Triathlon at Tredegar Sports Centre!

The event includes spin bike cycle, pool swim and traffic free run.

•  Adult Triathlon: 6 mile cycle, 400m swim and 2 mile run

• Junior Triathlon: 3 mile cycle, 400m swim and 1 mile run

Please note that Juniors must be 4ft 10” tall in order to compete (minimum age is 8 years).

Registration opens at 7.30am | Race starts at 8am

Entry fee is £20 for adults, and £5 for juniors.
